As you most likely know, the governor has now extended her public health emergency instruction to include a “stay-at-home” order through April 10. This means Oasis staff must work from home, however, you can still reach us by phone or email.
We continue to reschedule some spring classes for the end of April, with the bulk of affected classes being rescheduled to the fall – if the instructor is available. As we work on this, an updated class list will appear on the Oasis website homepage (www.oasisabq.org).

Join Sarah Wentzel-Fisher to learn more about accessing local food options during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order. Did you know you can have groceries and/or prepared meals from local farmers and restaurants delivered to your home or to pick up curbside? There are great options available to help you access fresh, local food without having to go out.
Sarah Wentzel-Fisher has worked in food and agriculture planning and advocacy for over a decade with a focus on supporting young and beginning farmers and ranchers. She was the editor of Edible Santa Fe from 2011 to 2017. In her free time, she enjoys helping her partner with his family pig farm in the East Mountains outside of Albuquerque. Sarah will be teaching an Oasis class this summer on Friday July, 10 – The Role of Regenerative Agriculture in Climate Change.
